The business formed in August 1989 specifically to provide communications dealers with the ability to take on more demanding contracts thereby freeing up their own staff to concentrate on the more technical aspects of the installations.

In November 2003, the company, Call Connect Services Limited, was formed.

Our primary objective was and still is to provide a first class cabling service to the I.T. sector - for dealers in telecoms products and services and for the end user.

Call connect services are specialist cable networks installers. Our skills enable us to plan, acquire and install high speed data transmission cable networks and fibre optic links. All installations are carried out in accordance with the current industry standards and according to approvals required by our network systems underwriters.

All our installations carry our unlimited and manufacturers warranty. Each installation is fully tested to Category 5E 100 mhz standards. Installations are documented along with the plans of the site which the customer normally supplies showing each port position. Documentation is presented to the customer at handover on completion of works.

We are experienced in the installation of RS 232, twinax, thick and thin Ethernet and Category 5E.

Call Connect is totally independent; this enables us to offer any one of a number of network cabling solutions. The market offers a wide range of such solutions. We aim to match any existing installations with like-for-like components that are either equivalent or better alternatives.
